Challenges
Chow Tai Fook needed to manage multiple events targeting different customer groups, such as VIPs, high-spending customers, and the general public. Each event had its own schedule and guest criteria, with some being exclusive and others open to the public. The challenge was to streamline the registration process while ensuring accurate access control—making sure only eligible guests could register and enter the right event sessions.

Each event also comes with a unique registration link, allowing the team to invite the right customers directly and efficiently.
VIP customers can register through an online event form where they can choose their preferred date and time based on real-time availability. Since Chow Tai Fook hosts exclusive and high-end events, each time slot has limited capacity. After completing online event registration, each guest will receive a unique QR code containing their registration details. This code serves as their digital event ticket and can be scanned upon arrival for quick and accurate entry. With KlikNRoll, Chow Tai Fook can ensure that only invited and registered guests are granted access—making the check-in process smooth and secure.
Alongside the digital ticket, Chow Tai Fook can automatically send an MMS confirmation to each registered guest with the Event Management Tool. This message includes the ticket link and can also serve as a reminder closer to the event date. The MMS can be customized to include helpful information such as event details, or a support contact—enhancing the overall guest experience.
At the event entrance, staff can use the KlikNRoll event operation admin panel to scan each VIP’s QR code for validation. If needed, they can also verify a VIP’s entry by entering their phone number into the system. This dual validation method ensures that only eligible guests are granted access to the correct event, especially when multiple events are running at the same time with different guest lists.
Chow Tai Fook can effortlessly track event participation through a user-friendly dashboard. The system provides insights into early check-ins, late arrivals, rejected entries, and no-shows, allowing them to monitor attendance both by group and individual. The dashboard offers flexible views, including tables and pie charts, for easy analysis and visual representation. Data can also be exported for further reporting or review.
